Throughout the 1990's Anthony Brunt was a regular guest on BBC radio WM for many years dealing with leasehold property questions live on air and has also presented talks on leasehold enfranchisement to corporate estate agents, surveyors and lawyers in Birmingham, Coventry and London.

We have helped thousands of clients buy their freehold or extend their lease and has represented clients at the First-tier Tribunal (Residential Property) in Birmingham probably more than any other surveyors in the Midlands during the past 40 years.
