We are based in Birmingham and we specialise in lease extension and freehold valuations and negotiations for clients who qualify under leasehold reform legislation which means you need to have owned the property more than 2 years and the property must meet the qualification criteria. 


We cover the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.


We have extensive tribunal experience in the Midlands First-tier Tribunal based in Birmingham and have represented clients in more than 400 hearings and it may be we have more tribunal experience than any other surveyor. The vast majority of our cases are settled without recourse to tribunal.
